JULIO RAMIREZ
CO-FOUNDER & OPERATING MANAGER
Julio Ramirez co-founded Better Way Constructors in 2017, inspired by a lifelong passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to quality construction. A third-generation craftsman from Pampanga, Philippines, Julio grew up surrounded by a family tradition of master craftsmanship, learning the trade from his father and grandfather.
Julio’s career spans decades, beginning with his work as a silversmith and copper artisan in Saudi Arabia. There, he honed his carpentry skills while managing and collaborating with skilled teams. Returning to the Philippines, Julio established his own workshop, growing it into a successful business with over 100 employees. In 2000, Julio immigrated to the United States, where he built a reputation as a skilled finish carpenter and rose through the ranks to become a foreman.
Now, as co-founder of Better Way Constructors, Julio draws on his rich history of craftsmanship and leadership to deliver exceptional results for clients.
